EXCELLENT service! I bought my cart elsewhere but reached out to J's for its annual inspection. They were at my house within an hour or two to pick up my cart, did the inspection and brought it back all in about 4 hours time. Impressive! ALSO - I had been looking for an enclosure for my cart for ages - the place where I bought it never responded to me. I asked J's about it and they ordered one for me right away - when it comes in (since it's a custom order), they'll pick up the cart, install the enclosure, and bring it back. I really appreciate the quick response and attention they gave me as a customer. Sure makes a difference. J's will be my go-to for service when my cart needs it and I've recommended them to all my neighbors with golf carts...

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Great selection of new and used golf carts, extremely fair pricing, and phenomenal service. David and Kelsey both treat you like family. I have been a customer for years and when I need service, they quickly pick up my cart, repair it at a fair price, and return it. What a great company!!!

I spent almost $2,000 to fix the problem that it won’t keep a charge for a full round of golf and I still have the same problem. I will be going to someone else.

Js was very professional and I appreciate their communication while our cart was getting fixed. I was disappointed in the duration it took to fix (2-1-2 months )which was out of their control. I was disappointed with Evolution and the time it took them to respond to a warranty claim. Not sure I can recommend Evolution

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I was recently in the market for a new cart and many of my friends at my club recommended J's Golf Carts. I wasn't disappointed and am glad I contacted them. They have a large selection of new and used carts + a helpful staff. I selected a used cart and came away feeling like I got a very fair deal. Additionally, after the cart was delivered I discovered something that needed fixed. I contacted J's and they immediately sent someone out to pick up the cart in order to quickly remedy the issue.

Was having problems with my star cart had it at place I bought it six times couldn't fix it carried it tojays cart in fuquay told me it would be awhile before could get to it called me in less than a week cart was fixed went over what was wrong I am very satisfied with my cart now great group thanks David also don't carry your cart to golf cart guy in new hill sorry service

It's so hard to find someone you trust to repair your vehicles as it is - and golf carts are even more difficult to find someone. I couldn't believe this experience. They were so kind and knowledgeable on the phone, then came to pick up my cart and the experience just got better and better. Kelsey was so nice and patient with my many questions and made me feel so comfortable. The turn around time was so fast and the price was amazing. These guys and gals are going to be repairing my cart as long as we are in the area! Thank you so much for restoring my belief in small business and making this such a great experience!

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with J's Golf Carts. They folks are very professional and actually want to help out their customers. I had some work done to my 2003 EZGO and it runs way better than it has in the 8 years I have owned it. When I got it back I noticed that even though I paid for the preventative care service, it looked as though it was missed. I called J's and they immediately apologized and picked the cart up the next day to complete. I will get the cart back the very next day. This is what customer service looks like in the purest, most honest form!!! There are about 30 carts in my neighborhood and I will be recommending J's to every single person.

We purchased a 2017 Club Car Precedent (electric) from J’s. Overall it was a great experience. Awesome service, and friendly folks. The golf car may have been used, but t was COMPLETELY re-conditioned, and looks, and drives like brand new. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase, and look forward to many years of fun.

I have gone to them at the recommendation of a friend a couple of times. These are incredible folks. Prices are very reasonable and if there is a less expensive option on line they will tell you. Most recently they converted my old cart to lithium batteries. Really nice job. Very pleased. I highly recommend them to anyone. This is the type of company we all want to do business with. They return calls, they do what they promise, they do it on time and they are most pleasant. Prices are good to boot. You can't go wrong.

J's Golf Carts did some work on a State Owned Golf Cart and did not try to take advantage of the fact that it was Government Agency and try to charge for a lot of unnecessary stuff...They only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and then they recommended some things that might need attention "Later Own", but did not need attention now...Customer Service and Pricing was 1st Rate and I will use them again when I need to have work done on ours Golf Carts the next time...

Called serveral dealers in area for new batteries. Other dealers put me on hold, tried to sell me the most expensive battery. J's staff answered told me what they had and prices. BAMB, less than 5 mins I had my information. I'm the way to J's to get new batteries. Got there super helpful, nice staff. Will continue to give J's my business

I Can't say enough about J's Golf carts. I took my 2003 Golf Cart to them with a oil leak. It took three seals to get it right after months in between leaks. J's never question me or gave me a hard time. Excellent customer service. Thank you J's

I pulled up with my cart in tow. Josh immediately greeted me and spotted the issue. Asked if I had 10 minutes. Proceeded to fix problem and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Don't know if your visit will be that smooth. Highly recommend. Great service. Thanks. Made my 15 year old a very happy young man.

I was at J’s Golf Carts today for the first time since he purchased the place. I was totally impressed with all the remodeling and the cleanliness of the place. Having been there numerous times in the past it was hard to believe it’s the same place. I was greeted promptly, courteously and repairs were completed expediously while I waited. I will rely on these folks for my golf cart needs.
