Official Rules
The “End of Summer Sale Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to all individuals who make a qualifying purchase of a STAR golf cart during the J’s Golf Carts End of Summer Sale. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of J’s Golf Carts and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2023, and ends on September 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM [Timezone] (the “Giveaway Period”). All qualifying purchases made during the Giveaway Period will automatically be entered into the random drawing.
To enter the Giveaway, make a qualifying purchase of a STAR golf cart during the End of Summer Sale at J’s Golf Carts. Each eligible purchase will automatically grant one entry into the Giveaway. No additional purchase is necessary to participate.
The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place no later than 10 days after the sale has ended, on or before October 10, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The prize for the Giveaway is one Turtlebox Waterproof Speaker with an estimated retail value of $399. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any applicable taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days following the winner selection. The winner’s name will also be announced on J’s Golf Carts’ official website and social media platforms. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected at random.
By participating in the Giveaway, the winner grants J’s Golf Carts the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness in promotional and marketing materials without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
J’s Golf Carts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. J’s Golf Carts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless J’s Golf Carts and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
